  Former national football league (NFL) star Ali Imran Khan may be too old to play in the professional National Football League (NFL) this year. According to reports in Asiaone Singapore, the 35-year-old Khan has not signed a new contract with the New England Patriots of the NFL. Sceptics in  straits times  believe this is due to a pending free agent deal he is negotiating with the Seattle Seahawks. However, according to ESPN NFL Asia analyst Mike Michaels, it could just be a personal issue and there is no confirmed contract between the two parties.   The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore is one of the oldest constitutional arrangements in the world. The Constitution Act of Singapore established the country on 15 Aug 1965 by an Act of Parliament. It includes sections dealing with the Constitutions and powers of government of Singapore, including the freedom of speech and press, freedom of assembly and association, and the right to strike.
